its really been a long time since i blogged.so much has happened since then.
firstly.malaysia trip with jiaqi and jerilyn:
okae.that trip was utter madness.jerilyn's fav two phrases:
'u will be the death of me.' and 'zhixin is getting cranky.'
4th dec Sunday(8pm):
i called jiaqi to find out wad time her dad is cuming over to fetch me.BUT wad i din figure i wld find out is that we are actually staying in KL till saturday instead of FRIDAY!!!so had to pack an extra set of clothes.like wth.jiaqi the blur queen strikes again.well we thot that this trip wld be like the last one we took wif lydia.but apparently not.HAHA.
5th dec Monday(3am):
jerilyn finally msged me to say that they are cuming to wait at my hse the back gate.i woke my mum up just to pei wo go downstairs but who noes my dad woke in during the commotion too.i bid my mum farewell and squeeshed into the backseat of jiaqi's dad's car wif jiaqi and jerilyn.imagine how small the backseat is and imagine trying to tahan the ride that will last HOURS.i almost died.i expected the other two to be dead tired but who noes...i practically stepped into sum mad world.
the two of them tortured me wif jiaqi's HIGH-pitched singing and jerilyn's still-can-make-it voice.even when we entered malaysia, they just kept singing non-stop.and JERILYN ANN LO RAPPED the slide along side song.hahaah.jiaqi thinks that its absolutely hilarious!but i think the ppl who suffered the most was still jiaqi's parents.haha.we made ONE pit stop and ate nasi lemak.there was CHILLI!so i can only eat a LITTLE.we piled back into the car at arnd 6 going to 7 and they finally decided to STOP their horrendous singing.and we fell aslp.OH YAR!jiaqi brought a pillow that has seen better days.it has sooo many holes that even jiaqi, herself, gave up counting them.and jerilyn took up so much space in the backseat that me and jiaqi were sharing half of it and obviously i lost out.HAH.i had to push her like for duno how many times so i wun have my face squashed against the car door.BLEA.but at least jiaqi was a better person for the middle-seat than jerilyn.haha.we stopped in ipoh at 10 plus to eat breakfast at a dim-sum restuarant.her parents are fond of ordering a lot of dishes.apparently PRAWN dishes.
poor jerilyn decided not to waste food and tried to finish more than she can.haha.too bad, me and jiaqi are used to eating a little bit.HAHA.
next stop was CAVES in ipoh.her parents wanted to pray at the temples in the caves so they asked us to go climb CAVES!!!the stairs are like ALMOST pendicular to the ground.i was so freaking scared that i wld slip and fall cos the floor SOOOO wet.and jiaqi practically ran up the stairs, while jerilyn and i struggle to reach the top.LOL.utter madness.getting back to ground floor was the worst!!! its FREAKY!still, its a feat accomplished. we had a chance to feed turtles too.holding spinach in our hand, we started aiming AIMLESSLY into the turtle enclosure.the turtles were so big!
finally we headed towards genting.and we started singing at the top of our voices.it was terribly noisy.
finally we reached the foot of the mountain and jerilyn, who's got motion sickness, decided to calm down and slp.
but too bad the car was making horrible turns and the three of us started flying arnd the backseat.literally.well try sitting in the wrong side of the car, i got flattened by jerilyn and jiaqi when the car turns left.i almost died there too.i think i almost died in ALOT of places.haha.so jerilyn din get motion sickness, neither did jiaqi because we started laughing like nobody's business.when we reached the top, genting was shrouded in a blanket of fog.we cldnt see a single thing.then when we were abt to check in, jiaqi and jerilyn had to abandon me to take care of the bags while they went to visit the toilet.CRAPPY.apparently jiaqi took her own sweet time, so me and jerilyn sat like some squatters-settlement in the hotel lobby.
first world rooms are nice cos it doesnt haf CLOSETS.LOL.it has to do wif sum ghost story ms chia told us two years back.cant believe we can still rmb and get so freaked by it.haha.we are definitely cowards.haha.we rotted in the hotel room till dinner time and we dragged our way to the sushi place there.jiaqi had indigestion from sitting in the car for too long.LOL.then after that, jiaqi went back to hotel room while jerilyn and i went shopping.jerilyn looked like she was half-dead and she kept violating me!!!haha.
then in the end, we called jiaqi to go drink hot cocoa at coffee bean.whoopee.it was so windy, i thot i was flying.haha.then we returned to the hotel room sounding all cranky and laughing our heads off.finally fell aslp at 11 plus with jiaqi snatching the blanket away from me and me pulling it back while jerilyn slept well.the only bad thing was that jiaqi occupied half of the bed and i was rolling off the sides.poot.
6th dec Tuesday:
we woke up late and went to eat at sum pooty restuarant, who's porridge is SOUR!like wad the.after breakfast, we went to get tickets for the theme park.haha.we bought jiaqi's tickets as the child tickets and saved 18 ringgits!haha.can u believe it?!they didnt even question her age.LOL.i guess she did look like a kid.haha.we spent a whole day taking roller coaster rides.look at the following:
`mine train (twice, the 1st time, jiaqi kept laughing and saying 'ouch my elbow, my elbow')
`flying dragon (pronounced as ly-ing la-gon.haha.all three of us laughed our heads off cos jiaqi was talking abt FRIENDS and jerilyn kept going 'WHAT?' like a broken record)
`cyclops (which we queued and talked abt prelims and o's papers.LOL.)
`cockscrew (which jerilyn claimed was lame at the end of the ride.)
`flume ride (which was the only ride which we three all screamed cos there was too much water and we all got wet.)
`flying coaster (which we paid 10 ringgits each to lie in a thing that looks like our coffins and the ride wasnt even scary!except at the top.and jiaqi lost her clip.haha.)
`the indoor roller coaster (twice.which sees jiaqi flying across her seat towards the lady beside her in the second time.it was DAMN fast.)
`finally, it was the spinning thing, which made all three of us walk like drunkards and gave me a headache.haha.
we saw loads of singapore school's band members cos a competition was going on.haha.lunch was crap.we had brunch, actually, and loads of junk food.then jiaqi did her annual thing, she paid 3 ringgits to ride the donkey and jerilyn took a video.i took the video last year.wahaha.typical.LOL.jiaqi wanted her ferris wheel at nite, but after dinner, the ferris wheel closed.so we took the last ride in the indoor roller coaster and went to the arcade for games like daytona and ghost squad.went to starbucks for a drink.we went back to our room super early to pack our stuff, thinking that we wld be leaving the next day for KL.but we thot wrong again.HAHAH.jerilyn and jiaqi tried to call cyn using the pay phone near the lift lobby on our level.guess wad?i heard them running back to the room abt 5 mins later laughing like hyenas and commenting abt how they hafta tell zhixin abt it.when they reached, they finally said, that the pay phone ate up all their coins except one 10 cents.LOL.jiaqi was feeding the machine coins so fast.haha.i shld haf went wif them, damn, i had to miss the funniest thing that happened.LOL.we slept early so we will be able to wake up for our breakfast buffet at the restuarant.so POSH!haha.
7th dec Wednesday:
we woke up early and complained abt jiaqi'a slping position AGAIN.so we packed our stuff properly and went to eat breakfast at the POSH restuarant.her dad commented that our room soo neat.LOL.and we didnt even sense anything amiss.until, her dad told us to go back to the hotel and go do wadever we wan.so jiaqi asked him wad time we were leaving and guess wad?he says the next day arnd 11am!wahaha.we started laughing like crazy in the restuarant.absolutely unglam and ppl were staring.i bet her dad thinks we are mad.all the way back, we laughed non-stop.LOL.we were even dressed so shabbily in our berms,expecting a hot,scorching day in KL.
who noes that two pig fell aslp not long after we got back to the hotel.and they din wake up until 2 hrs later.we dino wad to do and jiaqi finally called her dad to bring us arnd.so we wanted to watch movie there.but guess wad?the only movie worth watching at the time we wanted was HARRY POTTER.like wth.so in the end, we settled for HAUNTED ADVENTURE!i paid 18 ringgits to give myself the scare of my lifetime.erps.jerilyn said i screamed.ALOT.duhh.like who wun?!quoted from jiaqi, "whole lot hurry move it!whole lot!WHOLE LOT!".and jerilyn sticked out her light stick like she was fencing.HAHAAH!then jiaqi said to jerilyn, 'u walk first since u are from ncc.hurry!'then there were stairs and jerilyn fell and we sat onto the steps.LOL.then we half squat half walked.crazy har?haha.i kept screaming.this was like the first time in my whole life i actually got so freaked.haunted adventure was worth it!to everyone who's going to Genting.you MUST, i repeat,MUST try haunted adventure.everyone was damn freaked, even strangers pulled our arms.we came out sweating in a cold country.it was THAT scary.dinner and all.we went to our usual haunt, COFFEE BEAN.it was natural that we received unwanted attention because in such a COLD place, we drank COLD drinks.ICE-cold.wahaha.on our way back, some truck stopped beside us and the driver uttered total gibberish we din understand AT ALL.but he directed something at me.the young man called me Girl, laffed and drove off.this sparked the start of our laffing marathon because jq and jerilyn started bursting out into loud guffaws.so retarded.jq's leg turned to jelly as she wobbled up the stairs.the way back to the hotel was even worse.seeing the sign pointing to GYMNASIUM, she transformed into a hyeena almost immediately.jerilyn and i were left dumbfounded, unaware of the joke.it turned out she was mocking POOR jerilyn about her childhood and past CCAS, just b/c she used to be in GYMNASTICS.they laffed their heads off, but i was coughing as though i had tuberculosis.as usual, we were THAT noisy along the hotel corridor that we had to RUN into our room, afraid of being caught red-handed by disturbed guests.Ironically, we were disturbed by a bunch of drunkards downstairs.what do you expect from the third floor.haha.finally, we had a "peaceful" sleep once again as jiaqi and i squashed pitiful jerilyn.worse still, we robbed her of her blankets.HAHA.
8th dec Thursday:
as usual,we woke up and i found myself stripped of the blanket again.the floor became my closest partner when i woke up.DUH.then we ate breakfast.DUH.went back to the hotel, packed our stuff and left genting, which gave us many fun-filled memories.i was the only one awake on the car ride down as jq and jerilyn turned into pigs.Finally, after 2370942194 years, we reached the Sunny Island, which was sun-scorched KL.unfair, the car experienced winter while we seemed to be trapped in an igloo.okay, that meant that we went to the carwash.the foam was like snow and then it rained. the water was sprayed to jerilyn's side and she screamed at the sudden change in weather.reached Swiss Garden International Hotel and checked in. Legends have long warned us of ghosts hiding in wardrobes.POOR jerilyn was forced to be a ghostbuster but she backed out last minute. jq's dad came to the rescue!!!haha.he opened it like a brave man and said, got nothin la.those were the most reassuring words i ever heard.jq on the tele and looked out for Owen playing on ESPN.after that, it was laundry time and our toilet became a bra shop.jq and jerilyn were hanging their bras to dry.it was sportsbra galore!
we headed to Times Square and along the way, there was a commotion. we RAN into the shopping mall, jerilyn's slipper fell out.LOL.i started making music by coughing non-stop.jiaqi ran like a DUCK.turned out we were late and got reprimanded by jq's dad. we practically ran like mad DUCKS to reach in time.but oops.on the way back to the hotel, jq took on a new role in life.a traffic police,because she kept warning jerilyn to stay off the roadside,in case got robbers.dinner was bought at the downstairs restaurant before we went to the FAKE 7-11.haiya.no more outing at starbucks or coffeebean.i assume ppl in KL didn't like coffee.we kept drinking justea and jolly SANDY like we wld experience withdrawal symptoms if we didn't.i went to call my mum like near the door so i cud haf reception,so happened, jq was in the toilet.DAMN FUNNY PLS.suddenly there was this loud BANG and jerilyn and i burst out laffin because we thought jq farted big time.LOL.wento eat cup noodles too then slept so we cld become FAT pigs.sleepin in KL rocks to the core because we all had sufficient sleep,space and warmth.
9th Dec Friday:
we were SUPPOSED to be on our way home but nvm.more shopping as we took the train down to KLCC.POOR jerilyn was seperated from us and she had to bear the disgusting stench of KL men.finally, we reunited like one family.LOL.i bought cheap jeans in Isetan while jerilyn bought shorts for cynthia.after that, we took a train down to SOGO.i was being energetic as usual as walkin was the only form of exercise i ever did. jq and jerilyn were being lazy bums.shoe shop=seats.that was the only thing they seeked for.we headed back to Times Square and went to the supermart.damn crazy shopping as i recall us dropping like EVERYTHING.more shoe shops=more seats.we even had last minute things to buy, especially at FOS.jq and i could have bagged the "Best Shopper Award" if we stayed there for 1 min longer. i bought a jacket and shirt and jq, slippers with the moose.haha.we tried searching for jeslin's dunks, but to no avail.sorry jeslin, it was too expensive. Dinner was tabooed from the roadside store along chinatown while we waited happily in the hotel room.Cup noodles again and drinks to curb our withdrawal symptoms=justea, jolly shandy.
10th dec Saturday:
home sweet home. we packed up and left for Singapore.continued singing in the car but POOR jerilyn suffered because she accumulated all the viruses spread by me and jiaqi the past few days. she was sick.aww.bought bubblegum along the way and it was stashed into jerilyn's pillow because we didn't want a criminal record.we heard of a story how this poor woman was forced into eating all the bubblegum she possessed.DVDS soon became forced into jerilyn's pillow too.jq's distorted holey pillow underwent operation a few days ago, thus,it too,played a part in the GREAT ESCAPE from the police.overall, it helped GREATLY as it stored ONE pathetic bubblegum.thanks.we had to open the windows to get rid of the bubblegum smell, for fear that we would end up being handcuffed.thankfully, we were safe and back home.the trip was greatly enjoyable especially in Genting. All in all, it was filled with much laughter,albeit jq's frequent illnesses, it rocked!
